Approximately 114 mile, at Burger King and at the end of the elevated railroad,
Make a left onto Manhattan College Parkway.
Follow road up hill and into residential section.
Gym is up the hill at the first stop sign.

Brooklyn - Battery Tunnel. Follow signs to West Street; Right on West St.
Manhattan Community College begins on the right at the third overpass (Chambers Street).
Continue one block past Chambers and make a right.
There is a walkway that goes over the street.
Under this walkway, on the left side of the street, is a stairwell.
This will lead you to the pool.

Take the lower level
When crossing the bridge, stay in the right side lane lower level
Take the 2nd exit on your right (Lilipond Avenue turns into Fr. Cappandans Blvd)
Take Fr. C. Blvd approx 4 miles to Midland Avenue
Go apporx 1 ¼ miles to New Dorp Lane
Make left on New Dorp Lane and go to the Entrance of Gateway Field
Turn left into the park and follow the road around to the far side (past the Park Bldg)
Field #8 is on your left

Hempstead Turnpike West past Nassau Coliseum,
Make a right onto Earl Ovington Blvd. (Roy Rogers is on your left).
At second light ("OMNI" Building) make a left onto Charles Lindberg Blvd.

Northern State Parkway:
To the Meadowbrook Parkway, exit at M4
Take the first turn to Charles Lindbergh Blvd.
The entrance is shortly after the traffic light, directly across from the Cradle of Aviation

Football - "Boys Club Field" - L.I.E. to Brooklyn Queens Expressway, over Verazano Bridge
The Verazano Bridge will lead into Staten Island Expressway
which leads into West Shore Expressway
Take South Avenue Exit
At end of exit ramp make a left (over highway),
At light make a left
At next light make a right onto Travis Avenue
Field is on the left.

Northern State Parkway to Long Island Expressway, Exit 37A (I 495 West).
Long Island Expressway (I 495West) to the Cross Island Parkway North
Exit number 30N, toward the Whitestone Bridge.
Merge onto the Cross Island Parkway North.
You can take either the Whitestone Bridge or Throgs Neck Bridge.
After the bridge follow signs to I-95 North.
Continue along 1-95 north and exit at Baychester Avenue.
Baychester Avenue exit is in the left lane of Route 1-95 North.
Proceed on Baychester Avenue for about 1 or 2 miles to Nereid Avenue.
Make a right on Nereid Avenue
Proceed about three blocks to Murdock Avenue.
The school is at this intersection (Nereid & Murdock Avenues).
The track is actually on the Nerid Ave. side of the school, parking is usually very difficult there.

MT SINAI HIGH SCHOOL
Take Rt. 347 until it merges with Rt. 25A.
(There will be a large shopping center on the right)
About 3/4 of a mile beyond the merge you will come to a sign on the left side of the
road that indicates the school (it's a complex that houses the elementary, middle and HS)
Make a left into the parking area and go all the way down the parking field to get by
the baseball diamond.
The track is just beyond that. If you reach Mt. Sinai/Corum Rd., you've gone too far
